Abstract

Ghifari Achmad Saehabudin, 41183506160020, 2023, Quality of Public Services at the South Tambun District Office, Bekasi Regency. Communication Studies Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Islamic University "45" Bekasi. Service is the essential main task of an apparatus, as a servant of the state and a servant of the community. Quality public services or commonly referred to as excellent services are the best services that meet service quality standards which are benchmarks that have been used as guidelines for service delivery and as a reference for evaluating the quality of public services as obligations and promises to service providers to the public in the context of quality, fast, easy, affordable and measurable services. In this study, researchers used statistical analysis, the statistical analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis, describing or providing an overview of the data in tabular form so that others can easily get an overview of the properties (characteristics). This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present factual, systematic, and accurate data regarding facts or phenomena that occur in the field. In accordance with the findings of the problem, it can be concluded that as a public service in the South Tambun sub-district, it has provided community services in public service work units/offices at government agencies in the South Tambun sub-district, which directly or indirectly provide services to service recipients. With good service capability and neat coordination, it will affect the success of officials or employees in increasing service effectiveness. Keywords: Service, Quality, Public, South Tambun
