Abstract
The 8th goal of sustainable development (SDGs), namely decent work and economic growth, is still in the spotlight, due to high unemployment and inequality in economic growth. The government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs prepares and issues a National Entrepreneurship Development Program (PKN) with the aim of accelerating the achievement of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) targets of an entrepreneurial ratio of 3.95% and entrepreneurial growth of 4% in 2024. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the national entrepreneurship development program (PKN) as an effort to achieve Sustainable Development Goals 8 target 3 (Case Study in the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs). This study uses a qualitative research method with a constructivism paradigm. Case study research design. Data collection techniques used primary (observation and in-depth interviews) and secondary (literature and documentation) methods. The technique of recruiting informants is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the National Entrepreneurship Development Program (PKN) has been running well for the ongoing achievement of Sustainable Development Goals 8 target 3, but it cannot be said to be fully effective. The effectiveness of the PKN program is supported by a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem in the form of Instagram, Twitter, Entrepreneur Hub (SIWIRA), E-catalog, and PADI UMKM.
