Abstract
The implementation of public services often involves maladministration, requiring oversight of public services, which refers to Article 35 of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. The memorandum of understanding between the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia Number 166 of 2019 and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01/ORI- MOU/III/2019 is a form of collaborative governance with the aim of cooperation related to Optimizing Efforts to Eradicate Corruption and Oversight of the Implementation of Public Services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the collaboration between the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and the Corruption Eradication Commission in efforts to eradicate corruption and supervise the implementation of public services, public perceptions about eradicating corruption and supervising the implementation of public services. This study uses the constructivism paradigm and applies a qualitative research method with a case study research design. Data acquisition techniques in this study were through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and triangulation. In this study, the recruitment of informants used purposive sampling by applying data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study stated that the implementation of collaborative collaboration processes related to public service supervision which has been running for four years includes the scope of exchanging data and information as well as resolving public complaints. The results of monitoring and evaluating the memorandum of understanding that have been carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the follow-up of the memorandum of understanding in the form of a cooperation agreement.
