Abstract

Public facility services related to the accessibility of public facilities for persons with disabilities at the Class I Immigration Office Non Immigration Checkpoints (TPI) Bekasi which are still not running perfectly, because the socialization that has been carried out has not been socialized evenly in all cities and districts to persons with disabilities. This study aims to analyze the accessibility of public facilities for persons with disabilities at the Class I Non TPI Immigration Office in Bekasi, as well as the efforts of public facility providers to improve this accessibility. This study used a qualitative method with a case study research design and data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the accessibility of public facilities in Class I Non TPI Immigration Offices for persons with disabilities is quite good in terms of the availability of adequate facilities for persons with disabilities to get services, driven by active outreach carried out by the technology, information and communication sections who come directly to the disabled's home to convey the facilities and services provided by the Non TPI Class I Immigration Office and invite representatives of the disabled community who have received training on standard facilities and services for people with disabilities from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is one form of effort to improve public facilities and services at the Class Immigration Office I Non TPI Bekasi.
