Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic University "45" Bekasi Communication Science Study Program Faculty of Literature and Language Communication Siti Lelita Rahmah, 41182037170087 Raja Rumah Bekasi Marketing Communication Strategy During the Covid-19 Pandemic Under the guidance of Saepudin, M. Soc., Sc. Housing sales decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the corona virus outbreak hit many business sectors in Indonesia, one of which experienced a decline in sales, namely the property business. Raja Rumah Bekasi focuses on the property sector, especially in the Bekasi area. In a relatively short time, the pattern marketing also changed especially when social distancing and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) were implemented. The marketing communication used by Raja Rumah Bekasi during the Covid-19 pandemic was by using digital marketing communications. The purpose of this study is to find out how Raja Rumah Bekasi's digital marketing communications work during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results obtained by researchers regarding the marketing communications of Raja Rumah Bekasi are based on A.I.S.A.S (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) theories. Marketing communication implemented by Raja Rumah Bekasi during the Covid 19 pandemic which was oriented towards digital marketing communications by optimizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to facilitate searches to access Raja Rumah Bekasi's main platform, namely the Website and maximizing marketing on social media such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook .
