Abstract
MI Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai is one of the schools in Bekasi city that uses an android system in conveying school information to student guardians. In this case, the role of operators, teachers, and student guardians is needed so that there will be a relationship that needs each other in the field of technology that is developing today. This study aims to analyze the planning of the School Information and Communication Application (APIKS) in meeting the expectations of student guardians using android-based applications quickly and precisely, analyze the implementation that can be done to overcome obstacles in delivering information to student guardians, and analyze the evaluation of the delivery of APIKS at MI Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai. The type of research conducted by researchers uses qualitative research. This qualitative research deals with the process of transforming messages or information from the school to student guardians. The subjects of this research are the android application itself, the principal, teachers, and student guardians as informants. Data analysis techniques by Milles and Huberman in Sugiyono. Data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. While the data validity technique by Lincol and Guba in Moleong: Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability. The findings found in this study show that this application has been running since 2019. However, there are still some obstacles and factors that cause this program to not be optimal. This application must be supported by several things, namely the application system, teachers, student guardians, and their knowledge about this application. If one of these factors is missing, then this application is only a messenger that has no meaning for the school and student guardians.
