Abstract

ABSTRACT Rika Faradilla (41183402170024) The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PT Schenker Petrolog Utama. 95 Pages + 24 Tables + 1 Figure + 2 Diagrams + 14 Appendices Keywords: Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Schenker Petrolog Utama. The population in this study were all employees of PT Schenker Petrolog Utama, totaling 57 people and all of them were samples in this study. This research uses quantitative research methods. For data analysis using multiple regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 23 program. Based on the answers to the questionnaire that has been processed by SPSS 23, the results of Multiple Regression are Y = 5.993 + 0.668 X1 + 0.870 X2, while the results of the F test (simultaneously) show that organizational culture and employee engagement have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the Anova test (f test) obtained by Fcount, which is 30,418 with a significance number of 0.000, which is smaller than the standard error set at 0.05. Then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be interpreted that organizational culture and employee engagement affect employee performance by 30,418. The results of the t test (partially) show organizational culture (X1) and employee engagement (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the results of the Tcount β1 test of 2.882 with a significance of 0.006 and the results of the Tcount β2 test of 4.389 with significance of 0.000, then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. These results indicate that organizational culture and employee engagement affect employee performance by 2.882 and 4.389 respectively. The results of statistical calculations determine the coefficient of determination (R Square = kd) = 0.530, meaning that the influence of organizational culture (X1) and employee engagement (X2) simultaneously on employee performance (Y) is 53% and the remaining 47% is influenced by factors others that were not examined in this study.
