Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work discipline, and creativity on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat. The research method uses quantitative, the data analysis uses descriptive. The population in this study were teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat. For sampling using saturated samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to the respondents. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using SPSS 25.0. The results of the questionnaires that have been processed using the SPSS t test results obtained for the competence variable t count value of 3.133 with a significance of 0.03. The work discipline variable has a t value of 2.167 with a significance of 0.035. The value of creativity variable t count is 3.989 with a significance of 0.000 which can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially all variables have a positive and significant effect. While the results of the F test obtained the calculated F value of 18.939 with a significance of 0.000 which can be concluded that all variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance
