Abstract

Muhamad Irfaq Nurkhadik 41182911180160. EFFORTS TO FORM AL-QUR'AN READING HABITS AT WIDYA NUSANTARA SMA SCHOOL AND IMPROVING SPIRITUAL QUALITY IN SCHOOLS. Islamic education study program. Faculty of Islamic Religion. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. 1444 AH / 2023 AD. This study aims to determine the extent to which students' habits of reading the Qur'an and the influence on their daily lives. From the results of this study, hopefully it can increase students' interest in learning and habits in reading the Qur'an. This research is a qualitative research using a special study. Sources of data taken from this study were the results of interview tests and direct observation with students and teachers/supervisors at Widya Nusantara High School. The data analysis method uses the Miles and Huberman method which suggests that there are three (3) data analysis methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of Islamic Religion Teachers in analyzing efforts to form the habit of reading the Qur'an in Widya Nusantara High School and improving spiritual quality in schools, provide examples of exemplary reading of the Qur'an, provide directions on how to read Al-Qur'an -Qur'an properly and in accordance with the laws of tajwid, informs about the good habit of reading the Koran, always provides motivation about the virtues of reading the Koran. And there are several supporting factors based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that reading the Qur'an can affect the performance of students' brain abilities to think more broadly and easily digested and stronger for their memory.
