Abstract

This study is to determine the goods effectiveness distribution in warehouse using supply chain management with lead time approach and critical path method analysis in PT. Weebz Mandiri. The chosen method is descriptive qualitative, which is a technique to gather, process, analysis and to serve data in a descriptive way. This method uses data gathering techniques such as interview and observation for analysis with supply chain management report, with population and sample data from goods distribution list, during period from January to December 2021 as reference. The result of this study shows the effectiveness of good distribution in PT. Weebz Mandiri is 74% which is fall in less effective category, where the total lead time is longer than the estimated time arrived that has been targeted by company before. Then, the longest time needed for a company to finish their process distribution to customer is 90 days with the slack time is 0 (zero) day.
