Abstract
The Indonesian Volleyball Association (PBVSI) is currently reforming the organization by carrying out a management strategy to develop volleyball athletes. In 2020 the Bekasi City PBVSI had an organizational change to develop the achievements of the Bekasi City Volleyball Athletes where everything was overhauled starting from the Chairman and its members. In this study using qualitative methods. Primary data collection techniques in-depth interviews and direct observation and secondary data documentation and literature studies. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that in implementing PBVSI organizational development it starts with compiling work programs towards a better and professional direction both technically and administratively to further improve the performance of organizational members which then has an effect on developing the achievements of Bekasi City Volleyball athletes Keywords: Athlete, Development, Organization, Strategy , Volleyball
