Abstract
Irma Safitri (41183403180005) Effect of tax avoidance, agency cost, and sales growth on firm value. xiii + 68 pages + 11 tables + 1 images+ 2023 + 12 attachment. Keyword : tax avoidance, agency cost, and sales growth on firm value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tax avoidance, agency fees, and sales growth on firm value in the property and real estate sector. In this study using a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The sample of this research is the property and real estate sector companies in the observation year 2018-2021. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The independent variables used in this study are the Effect of Tax Avoidance, Agency Cost, and Sales Growth. And the dependent variable used in this study is firm value. As well as the control variables used in this study are leverage and company size. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. Data management using SPSS 26 The results obtained from this study state that tax avoidance has a significant negative effect on firm value, while agency costs and sales growth have no effect on firm value, the control variable Leverage has no effect on firm value, the control variable firm size has an effect on firm value.
