Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the role of the Election Supervisory Board for the City of Bekasi in Monitoring Off-Schedule Campaign Violations in the 2019 Election and what are the obstacles in Supervising Off-Schedule Campaign Violations in the 2019 Election. criminal offenses in unscheduled campaign cases which exceed the number of administrative cases which are usually more common in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by interviewing, recording and note-taking techniques. Data sources came from 4 informants including the Division Coordinator from the Bekasi City BawaslU, Bekasi City KPU members, members of the party faction, and an RT head in Bekasi City. The results of this study indicate that Role plays a sufficient role, but socialization is still needed regarding monitoring of campaign violations outside the schedule in the 2019 Election.
