Abstract
ABSTRACT Qhoerunnisa Princess Amelia (41183402180076) The Effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Wira Mustika Abadi XV + 68 pages + 20 tables + 1 diagram + 1 graph + 23 attachments Keywords : Compensation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Wira Mustika Abadi. This research is categorized as quantitative research, where the instrument of this research is in the form of a questionnaire using likert scale measurements. The population in this study were employees of PT Wira Mustika Abadi. For sampling, this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 109 respondents. The use of the analysis methods used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The data is processed statistically using the SPSS program version 25.0. The results showed that partially Compensation and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the value of the regression coefficient of the compensation variable of 0.250 with a significance of 0.019 and the regression coefficient of the work discipline variable of 0.349 with a significance of 0.001. Work discipline is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance. Bibliography : 27 (2010 – 2022)
