Abstract

Aim of producing a game-based agility training model, it is hoped that after this research is able to add variations to training in honing player agility. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development). The research was carried out in several stages such as 1.) Problem Identification, 2.) Information Gathering, 3.) Product Design, 4.) Product Validation, 5.) Product Revision. This research was validated by futsal coaches and sports experts. The instrument used to collect the feasibility test data is quantitative data in the form of scores which will be converted in the form of percentages. The results showed that the game-based agility training model for women's futsal u-18 was good/feasible. There are several aspects of the assessment, namely aspects of appearance, material aspects, usability aspects, and practical and economic aspects. These results were obtained from the validation of futsal coaches and sports experts who showed a total score percentage of 92.5% which means this kick target tool is good and suitable for use in supporting agility training in the field.
