Abstract
This study aims to determine the strategy of building resilience and family welfare at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning and to find out how the strategy is from the perspective of Islamic Family Law. This study uses qualitative research methods, with a socio-juridical approach and uses descriptive analysis techniques. The author conducted research on the Bekasi City Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DPPKB) in order to obtain primary data and conduct a review of documentation, book reviews, articles, and literature related to Islamic Family Law theories to be used as an analytical tool for primary data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Family Resilience and Welfare are among the goals of family formation in Islamic Family Law. That the welfare of the family in Islamic Family Law is reflected in the concepts of Sakinah, Mawaddah, and Rahmah, in general, namely conditions that are full of peace, love, and affection. Family resilience is also strongly emphasized by the existence of provisions regarding the rights and obligations of each family member, including the provision of divorce so that the strong and holy marriage bond is not underestimated, even divorce is something that is hated by Allah swt., then, guidelines for living family life. from starting a family preparation to preparing better generations. The strategy carried out by the Bekasi City DPPKB in building family resilience and welfare is in accordance with the values of Islamic Family Law, especially in the scope of general values, but in detail it has not been able to describe the overall concept of family formation and development in Islamic Family Law.
