Abstract
The Effect of Dual Role Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Performance PT Monysaga Prima 62 pages + 18 tables + 1 chart + 1 chart + 17 appendices Keywords: Multiple Role Conflict, Job Stress and Employee Performance The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of multiple role conflict and stress Simultaneous work on the performance of PT Monysaga Prima employees, Method The research used by the author is descriptive quantitative. This research is done at PT Monysaga Prima. The research sample is an employee at PT Monysaga Prima as many as 95 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, and multiple regression analysis calculated using statistical product and program service solutions 22 (SPSS 22). Based on the answers to the questionnaire that has been processed by SPSS, the regression results are obtained multiple = 62,984 - 0,599(X 1 ) - 0.269(X 2 ), while the results of the f test obtained variable Multiple role conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. This result is evidenced by the results of the ANOVA (F test) obtained F count = 18.522 with the number sig = 0.000 which is smaller than the standard error set at 0.05, then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So, dual role conflict and job stress affect performance employees of 18,522. The results of the t test show that dual role conflict has an effect on significantly on employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test obtained t-count is -3.987 with a significant level of 0.000 less from the standard error set at 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, dual role conflict affects the performance of female employees by -3.987, while stress 1 work has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test obtained tcount ️ is -2.215 with a significance of 0.000 smaller than the standard error which is set at 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, work stress 2 affect employee performance by -2.215. Bibliography : (2002-2022)
