Oktaviani (41183403150135) Analysis of the Effect of Tax Knowledge, Fiscus Services, Penalty Sanctions and Government Socialization on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Land and Building Taxes. ix + 69 pages + 20 tables + 1 picture + 9 attachments Keywords: Taxation; Fiscus; Penalty; Socialization; Obedience The purpose of this study was to analyze Tax Knowledge, Fiscus Services, Penalty Sanctions and Government Socialization on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Land and Building Taxes. The population in this study were all land and building taxpayers in East Bekasi District. The number of respondents in this study were 92 taxpayers. The sampling method used in this study is cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. This data is processed using SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the influence of tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes, Fiskus Services has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes, fine sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. Paying Land and Building Tax, Government Socialization has no effect on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Land and Building Tax. Bibliography : 39 (2006-2019)
