This study was motivated by the low passing accuracy of SSB Rajawali Putra Cikiwul U12 players, as evidenced by match data from the Liga 2 FKSSB U-12 Bekasi City 2025, where 58 out of 99 passes were recorded as failed. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of paired passing training on the improvement of ground passing accuracy among U12 players of SSB Rajawali Putra Cikiwul. This study employed a quantitative approach using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design without a control group. The population and sample consisted of all 20 active players of SSB Rajawali Putra Cikiwul U12, selected through total sampling. The instrument used was the Johnson Soccer Test, measuring passing and stopping skills over 39 seconds. The paired passing training program was conducted in 16 sessions, three times per week, at Lapangan Sepakbola Ragacu, Cikiwul, Bekasi. Data were analyzed using the Liliefors normality test, Fisher's homogeneity test (F-test), and a paired t-test for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the mean pretest score of 30.50 increased to 33.50 in the posttest, yielding a mean improvement of 3.00 points. The Liliefors normality test confirmed that all three data distributions (pretest, posttest, and gain) were normally distributed (L-calculated < L-table = 0.190). The homogeneity test produced an F-calculated value of 1.1964, which was less than the F-table value of 4.41, confirming homogeneous variance. The paired t-test yielded a t-calculated value of 10.013, significantly exceeding the t-table value of 1.729 at a 5% significance level, leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of H₁. It is concluded that paired passing training has a positive and significant effect on improving the passing accuracy of SSB Rajawali Putra Cikiwul U12 players. This training is proven effective in enhancing coordination, ball control, and passing precision among players, and is therefore recommended to be implemented regularly in youth development programs at football academies.
