Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline, compensation, and motivation on employee performance at PT Cahaya Multi Laser Mandiri. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population consisted of 36 employees of PT Cahaya Multi Laser Mandiri. Data were collected from questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used statistical tests and multiple regression calculations using Statistical Product and Service Solutions 26 (SPSS 26). The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the t-test result of 4.613 (>2.021) and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). The multiple regression coefficient for work discipline is 0.458, indicating a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-test result of 2.168 (>2.021) and a significance level of 0.006 (<0.05). The multiple regression coefficient for compensation is 0.437, indicating a significant influence of compensation on employee performance. Motivation significantly influences employee performance. This is evidenced by the t-test results of 2.461 (> 2.021) and a significance level of 0.008 (< 0.05). The multiple regression coefficient for motivation is 0.365, indicating a significant influence of motivation on employee performance.
