Abstract

Lutfiyatul Fahrieyah. 41182911190155 “THE EFFECT OF USING QUIZIZZ MEDIA ON LEARNING MOTIVATION AT SMA IT GEMA NURANI” Islamic Education Study Program Faculty of Islamic Studies Islamic University “45” Bekasi 2026 AD / 1447 AH This study aims to: 1) analyze the level of students’ learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects before and after using the Quizizz application; 2) determine the effect of using the Quizizz application on students’ learning motivation in PAI learning; 3) identify aspects of students’ learning motivation that are most influenced by the use of Quizizz in PAI learning; 4)provide recommendations regarding the use of interactive technology such as Quizizz as an alternative learning method for PAI that is more effective and engaging increase insight and scientific contribution related to technology-based learning innovations in PAI subjects within the educational environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, utilizing questionnaires as research instruments. Data collection techniques include pre-test and post-test, documentation, and statistical analysis using SPSS. The results of the study conclude that the average score of the control class was 73.86, while the average score of the experimental class was 109.39, indicating that 73.86 < 109.39. Since the control class score was lower than the experimental class score, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Quizizz on students’ learning motivation. The significance value of the influence of Quizizz on students’ learning motivation was 0.639. This indicates that the use of Quizizz has an effect on students’ learning motivation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the use of Quizizz, the better the students’ learning motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Quizizz on the learning motivation of tenth-grade students at SMAIT Gema Nurani Bekasi. It can also be concluded that the better the Quizizz-based learning media, the better the students’ learning motivation.
