Abstract

Virly Raditya Pitoyo (41183402190086) The Influence of Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Loyalty at PT Moriyama Indokarya xiii + 112 pages + 26 tables + 3 figures + 20 appendices Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Loyalty. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee loyalty at PT Moriyama Indokarya. The population of this research consists of all employees of PT Moriyama Indokarya, and the sampling technique employed is saturated sampling. The research sample comprises 50 respondents. This study adopts a quantitative research method. The data used are primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS method with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 4.1.16. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, with a path coefficient value of 0.274 and a p-value of 0.041. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, with a path coefficient value of 0.284 and a p-value of 0.042. References: 47 sources (2008–2024).
