Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, job insecurity, and workload on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Bogor Regency. The population in this study was Generation Z employees in Bogor Regency, and the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The sample used in this study was 97 respondents, using the Chocran formula and a purposive sampling method. This is a quantitative study using primary data. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires distributed to Generation Z employees using a Google Form using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using regression tests in SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this research data processed using SPSS version 26, the results showed that job stress had a significant positive effect (β = 0.109; Sig. = 0.027; t-test = 2.241), job insecurity had a significant positive effect (β = 0.417; Sig. = 0.000; t-test = 5.369), and workload had a significant positive effect (β = 0.202; Sig. = 0.009; t-test = 2.682) on turnover intention. The research data showed that the adjusted R2 value was 0.523, or 52.3%.
