Abstract
Kebun Imut Si Nakal is a growing grape cultivation center in Pulogebang East Jakarta to date. This study aims to: (1) Determine the influence of individual faktors on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard, (2) Determine the influence of sosial environmental faktors on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard, (3) Determine the influence of situational faktors on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard, and (4) Determine the influence of individual, sosial and situational faktors simultaneously on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard, East Jakarta. The method used is a case study with 60 respondents and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that Individual Faktors have a significant influence on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard, Sosial Environmental Faktors have a significant influence on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard, Situational Faktors have a significant influence on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard. Simultaneously, the three faktors (Individual, Sosial Environment, and Situation) have a significant influence on the decision to purchase grape seedlings at Pulogebang Vineyard.
