Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Influence of Knowledge Sharing, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Ratupanca Jaya Mandiri. The population in the study is all Employees of PT Ratupanca Jaya Mandiri, with the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling. The research sample consists of 59 respondents. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely the distribution of questionnaires through google forms. Data is processed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS Software Version 4.1.1.4. The research results show that Knowledge Sharing has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.288, a statistical t-value of 2,903, and a p-value of 0.004. The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a coefficient value of 0.391, a statistical T-value of 2.780, and a p-value of 0.005 and Work Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a coefficient value of 0.325, a statistical T-value of 2.076, and a p-value of 0.038.
