Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of recruitment, training, and work discipline on the productivity of PT Tiga Sekawan Serasi employees. The population in this study is PT Tiga Sekawan Serasi employees. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaire distribution and sampling of 80 respondents. The data was processed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation (PLS-SEM) analysis method using SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.5. The results of the study indicate that: recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.472 and a p-value of 0.000; training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.312 and a p-value of 0.001; and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.184 and a p-value of 0.008.
