Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the 5S work culture (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke) To determine the extent of the partial influence of the 5S work culture (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke) on work productivity and to determine the extent of the combined influence of the 5S work culture (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke) on work productivity at the Tunggal Rasa tofu factory. The research method used by the author is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in the production department of the Tunggal Rasa tofu factory. The research sample consisted of 62 respondents who were employees of the Tunggal Rasa tofu factory. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The conclusion of this study is that when tested partially, the variables that affect work productivity are Seiri, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. This is because the significance value is p < 0.05 and the t-value is > t-table. Meanwhile, the Seiton variable does not affect work productivity because the significance value is p > 0.05 and the t-value is < t-table. This study obtained a multiple regression equation of Y = 6.807 + 0.214 X1 - 0.062 X2 + 0.128 X3 + 0.154 X4 + 0.203 X5. If reviewed simultaneously (together) The application of 5s (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seketsu, and Shitsuke) has a significant effect on work productivity at the Tunggal Rasa tofu factory. This is evidenced by the results of Anova (F test) obtained F count = 36.709 with a significance level 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results show that the application of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seketsu, and Shitsuke) can be used in multiple linear regression models to predict changes in work productivity at the Tunggal Rasa tofu factory. The magnitude of the influence or contribution of the Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seketsu, and Shitsuke variables to work productivity at the Single Rasa tofu factory is 0.745 or 74.5% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
