Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Water Technology Center Bekasi. The population in this study consisted of 48 employees of the Water Technology Center Bekasi, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. The total sample comprised 47 employees, as the leader was not included in the study due to their role in leadership.The research method employed in this study is a quantitative approach. The data used were primary data collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The data were processed using the SPSS method with the assistance of SPSS software version 26.The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.031 < 0.05. Furthermore, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
