Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Demands and Job Resources on Work Engagement among teachers at SDN Pondok Ranji 01. The population in this study consists of all teachers at SDN Pondok Ranji 01, with a sampling technique of nonprobability sampling using saturated sampling. The sample consists of 40 respondents. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The data used is primary data with a data collection technique of distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data was processed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS Software Version 4.1.1.2. The results of the study indicate that Job Demands have a significant negative effect on Work Engagement with a path coefficient value of -0.404, a T-statistic value of 3.011, and a p-value of 0.003. Job Resources (JR) had a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement (Y), with a coefficient value of 0.424, a T-statistic value of 2.403, and a p-value of 0.016.
