Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Passing atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas X MA Al-Wathoniyah 43 Jakarta Utara melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT). Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 18 siswa yang menunjukkan kemampuan awal rendah dalam Passing atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TGT mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknik Passing atas siswa secara signifikan. Peningkatan terlihat dari meningkatnya nilai keterampilan teknik, motivasi belajar, dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran. Model TGT terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, kompetitif, dan kolaboratif, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian, model TGT direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bola voli. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan perolehan data hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dengan nilai terendah 43, nilai tertinggi 87, rata-rata nilai 70 dengan kategori sedang, dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 33%. Pada pelaksanaan siklus II diperoleh data dengan nilai terendah 67, nilai tertinggi 93, rata-rata nilai 83 dengan kategori baik, dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 83%. Hasil belajar Passing atas siswa sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yaitu sekurang-kurangnya ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 80% dengan KKM PJOK di kelas X MA Alwathoniyah 43 adalah 75.. ABSTRACT This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of overhead passing in volleyball for tenth-grade students at MA Al-Wathoniyah 43, North Jakarta, through the implementation of the cooperative learning model Team Games Tournament (TGT). The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 18 students who initially demonstrated low ability in overhead passing. The results showed that the implementation of the TGT model significantly improved students’ overhead passing skills. The improvement was evident from the increase in technical skill scores, learning motivation, and students’ active participation in the learning process. The TGT model proved effective in creating an enjoyable, competitive, and collaborative learning atmosphere, which had a positive impact on learning outcomes. Therefore, the TGT model is recommended as an alternative in physical education learning, particularly in volleyball lessons. This is evidenced by the students’ learning outcomes in cycle I, with the lowest score of 43, the highest score of 87, an average score of 70 (categorized as moderate), and a classical completeness of 33%. In cycle II, the data showed the lowest score of 67, the highest score of 93, an average score of 83 (categorized as good), and a classical completeness of 83%. The students’ overhead passing learning outcomes met the success indicator, namely a minimum of 80% classical completeness, with the passing grade (KKM) for PE in tenth grade at MA Al-Wathoniyah 43 being 75.
