Abstract

ABSTRACT Dewi Marita (41183402180127) The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Stress on Turnover Intention among Employees at PT Silkargo Indonesia, Cikampek Branch XV + page 72 + table 17 + diagram 1+ chart 4+ 23 attachment This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention among employees at PT Silkargo Indonesia, Cikampek branch. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of all employees at one of the branches of PT Silkargo Indonesia in Cikampek, totaling 30 individuals. The sampling method employed is the saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is used as the sample. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. After conducting validity and reliability tests, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, and F-test.
