Abstract
Bullying cases that occurred in Bekasi Regency were the second highest in West Java with a total of 58 cases in the 2021-2024 period. Bullying that occurs in Bekasi Regency takes the form of verbal bullying and physical. In 2024, the Bekasi Regency KPAD has an agenda to create a strategy for preventing bullying in Bekasi Regency. This research aims to determine the communication strategies used by the Bekasi Regency KPAD in overcoming the problem of bullying in the Bekasi Regency area. The research method uses a qualitative case study method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the use of persuasive communication strategies by the Bekasi Regency KPAD in overcoming the problem of bullying among teenagers is by means of outreach to schools in Bekasi Regency. The persuasive communication strategy used to prevent bullying is a psychodynamic strategy with an emotional aspect approach by holding a venting session during socialization and a cognitive approach by making anti-bullying slogans and using a meaning construction strategy, namely by taking an oath not to bully anyone at the end. socialization session.
