Abstract
ABSTRACT Karen Ainiya. 41182933180016. Health Level Analysis of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Before And After The Merger. Sharia Banking Study Program. Islamic University “45” Bekasi (2022 AD/1444 H). This study discusses the Health Level Analysis of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Before and After the Merger that uses descriptive quantitative research methods with secondary data types, to collect data the author does it through documentation in the form of financial statements of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk before and after the merger which is published every month. The results of this study indicate the analysis of the health level of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk before and after the merger. The assessment of the health level of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk before and after the merger used the RGEC (risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, earnings, capital) method by looking at the composite value produced by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk before and after the merger. PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk before and after the merger had a good health level. The managerial implementation of the results of this study, namely, mergers and conversions can be an option for Islamic banks to be carried out because both have their own advantages for the Islamic banking sector, but conversions are more profitable for the Islamic banking sector compared to mergers.
