Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) The relationship between digital literacy and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bantargebang District, 2) The relationship between media literacy and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Bantargebang 3) The relationship between digital literacy and media literacy with the performance of public elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Bantargebang. This research was conducted in Bantargebang District, Bekasi City from March to June 2025. The population of the study was all public elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Bantargebang, totaling 251 teachers. The sample was drawn using the Slovin method with an error rate of 5% so that the sample required was 154 teachers. Data on digital literacy variables were collected using multiple choice questions, data on media literacy variables were collected using true or false questions, while data on teacher performance variables were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. Prerequisite tests include sample randomness tests, data normality tests, linearity and regression significance tests, and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis tests include: 1) The relationship between digital literacy and teacher performance was tested using correlation and single regression, 2) The relationship between media literacy and teacher performance using correlation and single regression, 3) The relationship between digital literacy and media literacy with teacher performance using correlation and multiple regression. The test results show: 1) There is a positive relationship between digital literacy (X1) and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bantargebang District (Y) with a contribution of 81.5%. The relationship between the two is shown by the regression equation Y = 137,812 + 1.96 X1. 2) There is a positive relationship between media literacy (X2) and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bantargebang District (Y) with a contribution of 51%. The relationship between the two is shown by the regression equation Y= 174.61+1.029X2. 3) There is a positive relationship between digital literacy (X1) and media literacy (X2) with the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bantargebang District (Y) with a contribution of 81.9%. The relationship between the three is shown by the regression equation Y=138.255+1.787X1+0.155X2.
