Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the inclusive education program at Sekolah Alam Bekasi using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) as a formative evaluation approach. The evaluation was conducted to provide constructive feedback for the continuous improvement and development of the program. The results indicate that all aspects of evaluation fall under the high category. In the context aspect, the program is supported by strong background, legal foundation, needs analysis, and accreditation (100%). The input aspect reached 98.88%, with most components fulfilled, although scheduling remains a challenge. In the process aspect, inclusive learning activities based on differentiation and Individual Learning Plans (ILP) were optimally implemented (100%). Meanwhile, the product aspect reflects the program’s success in developing the academic potential, social skills, and life competencies of students, including those with special needs (100%). These findings recommend strengthening teacher capacity, improving the scheduling system, and enhancing collaboration among schools, parents, and professional institutions to ensure the sustainability of inclusive education services.
