Abstract
Abdul Mu'iz, 41182941170010 ANALYSIS OF FAMILY RESISTANCE IN ISLAMIC LAW PERSPECTIVE (REGIONAL REGULATION OF BEKASI CITY NUMBER 14 YEAR 2017) Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyyah Study Program. Faculty of Islamic Religion. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. 2022 M / 1444 H. (Number of pages and attachment pages This study was conducted to analyze family resilience in the perspective of Islamic law as well as in the policy of the Bekasi City Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2017 concerning Implementation of Family Resilience Development. This research was conducted with a juridical-normative approach, which examines the law from the historical and formal legal aspects using library data, while the data source is secondary data obtained through library materials by collecting from various reading sources related to the problem being studied. This research was written in the form of a qualitative descriptive analysis. by concluding as outlined in the form of statements and writings from various scientific sources. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a compatibility based on juridical, sociological, and philosophical foundations between KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law) and Bekasi City Regulation No. 14 of 2017 that the basics in discussing a marriage with the aim of family resilience become a reference so that the government and society can minimize the number divorce and realize family resilience in order to live in harmony in increasing physical and spiritual well-being and happiness.
