Abstract
As times progress, curricula evolve. Currently, the curriculum implemented is the "Merdeka Curriculum," which the government has chosen to address the challenges of the modern era. One of the components of this curriculum is the "Program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila" (P5), or the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. This program is relatively new, and schools have encountered various challenges in its implementation. SMP Model Ar Riyadh Insan Cendekia in Bekasi City has been implementing the P5 program in the form of a "showcase of works" for two years, making evaluation necessary to improve its implementation. This research is an evaluation of the implementation of the P5 program in the form of a showcase of works at SMP Model Ar Riyadh Insan Cendekia in Bekasi City. It evaluates the implementation carried out over two consecutive years by focusing on four aspects: Context, Input, Process, and Product. The purpose of this research is to provide an evaluation of the P5 program to the institution to serve as a basis for decision-making in its implementation and as a reference for further development to optimize the program. The research methodology used is an evaluation study employing a qualitative descriptive method aimed at assessing the implementation of the P5 program at SMP Model Ar Riyadh Insan Cendekia. This program evaluation utilizes the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the P5 program at SMP Model Ar Riyadh is quite good based on the evaluation of Context, Input, Process, and Product. However, there are several shortcomings that need to be addressed to further optimize the program, including time management, funding, decree letters (SK), teaching materials, and attendance lists. In conclusion, to maximize the P5 program at SMP Model Ar Riyadh Insan Cendekia in Bekasi City, improvements are needed in the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product.
