Willy Pramudia, NPM: 41182191180084, The Relationship between Arm Power and Eye-Hand Coordination on Smash Ability in Badminton Extracurricular Participants at SMA Islam Al Munir. Thesis. Department of Physical Education. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Is there an effect of arm power on the ability of badminton smash in extracurricular students of SMA Islam Al Munir Bekasi Regency; (2) Is there an effect of eye-hand coordination on the ability of badminton smash in extracurricular students of SMA Islam Al Munir, Bekasi Regency; (3) Is there a linear influence of arm power and eye-hand coordination on the smash ability of badminton games in Al Munir Islamic Extracurricular High School students, Bekasi Regency. The population and sample in this study amounted to 14 students. sampling technique with purposive sampling. The results of data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient (rx1y) of 0.505 with a value of R2 = 0.255, significant at 5% alpha, a large relationship between arm power and badminton smash ability, of 25.5%. The correlation coefficient (rx2y) is 0.582 with a value of R2 = 0.339, significant at 5% alpha, large eye-hand coordination relationship with badminton smash ability 33.9%. The correlation coefficient (rx12y) is 0.751 and R2 = 0.564. The significance test of the multiple correlation coefficient using the F test was obtained Fcount = 7.116 > Ftable = 3.81, with an alpha of 5%, the large relationship between arm power and hand-eye coordination together with the ability to smash badminton games in Islamic extracurricular high school students Al Munir Bekasi Regency, by 56.4%. Furthermore, it is recommended considering that this research still has many shortcomings and weaknesses, especially in the selected sample and the lack of independent variables. We suggest that it would be better to do further research on this issue by adding better variables and samples, so that this problem can be fully disclosed and add insight for all of us, especially badminton coaches.
