Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of self-control and academic stress on cyberslacking in students of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. This study used a quantitative method with 347 respondents selected through quota sampling. Data were collected through interviews and psychological scales, namely. self-control scale (r= 0.916), academic stress scale (r= 0.893) and cyberslacking scale (r= 0.891). Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results showed a significant positive relationship between self-control and cyberslacking (r= 0.683; p= 0.000) and between academic stress and cyberslacking (r= 0.868; p= 0.000). Simultaneously, self-control and academic stress influenced cyberslacking by 78.3% (R2= 0.783; F= 620.274; P<0.000). Keywords : Self Control, Academic Stres, Cyberslacking ASBTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri dan stres akademik terhadap cyberslacking pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 347 responden yang dipilih melalui quota sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan skala psikologi, yaitu. skala kontrol diri (r= 0,916), skala stres akademik (r= 0,893) dan skala cyberslacking (r= 0,891). Teknik analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, korelasi Spearman, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan cyberslacking (r= 0,683; p= 0,000) dan antara stres akademik dengan cyberslacking (r= 0,868; p= 0,000). Secara simultan, kontrol diri dan stres akademik memengaruhi cyberslacking sebesar 78,3% (R2= 0,783; F= 620,274; P<0,000). Kata Kunci : kontrol diri, stres akademik, cyberslacking
