Abstract
The development of digital technology has changed the behavior of adolescents, including in online game entertainment such as Mobile Legend Bang-Bang which is popular but has the risk of causing addiction. This study aims to determine the description of self-control, peer conformity, and the level of game addiction in adolescents, and to analyze the influence of both factors on game addiction. This study used a correlational survey on 139 adolescents with three psychological scales. The analysis showed that adolescents' self-control was moderate, peer conformity was high, and online game addiction was moderate. There was a significant negative relationship between self-control and game addiction, and a significant positive relationship between peer conformity and game addiction. Self-control contributed 37.5% and peer conformity 12.9% to online game addiction. Keywords: self-control, peer conformity, online game addiction, Mobile Legend, teenagers
