Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in controlling downtime at PT United Equipment Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, utilizing observation, documentation, and internal audits as data collection techniques. The analysis was carried out using three of the seven quality control tools, namely Check Sheet, Pareto Diagram, and Fishbone Diagram. The results showed that the dominant cause of downtime was equipment damage, followed by methods and operator error, indicating the need for improved SOPs and operator training.
