Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Cikarang Branch. The subjects of this study were 50 employees working at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Cikarang Branch. This study uses quantitative methods to examine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (b1 = 0.439. Sig = 0.000. t-count = 5.493), organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (b2 = 0.357. Sig = 000.1. t-count = 3.439), but organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on organizational citizenship. The proposed model is suitable (F-count = 57.107. Sig = 0.000) where the organizational citizenship behavior variable can be explained by job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment by 77.5%. The rest is explained by other variables.
