Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Bank BJB Majalengka. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Version 26. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job performance. This is evidenced by a value of X1 = 0.606, which is significant at a t-value of 4.883 and a significance level of 0.000. Similarly, the motivation variable has a value of X2 = 0.973, significant at a t-value of 4.110 and a significance level of 0.000. The hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis shows that leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on job performance, as evidenced by an F-test value of 111.344 and a significance value of 0.000. The adjusted R square value is 0.818, indicating that leadership style and work motivation account for 81.8% of the variation in employee performance at Bank BJB Majalengka, while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined in this study, such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
