Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between work engagement and organizational support for innovative work behavior among employees of PT Inti Ganda Perdana. The study population includes all active employees, with a sample of 195 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job engagement (X1) and organizational support (X2) have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior (Y), both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction (Z) as a mediating variable. These findings indicate that the higher the level of employee engagement and organizational support received, as well as the higher the level of job satisfaction felt, the greater the likelihood that employees will exhibit innovative work behavior.
