Nissa Elmawati (41183403210016) The Effect of Carbon Emission Disclosure, Environmental Performance and Company Size on Company Value with Foreign Ownership as a Moderating Variable XVI + 107 pages + 15 tables + 2 figures + 18 attachment. Keywords: Carbon Emission Disclosure, Environmental Performance, Company Size, Company Value, Foreign Ownership. The purpose of this study is to determine whether carbon emission disclosure, environmental performance and company size affect company value with foreign ownership as a moderating variable. In this study, the independent variables used are carbon emission disclosure, environmental performance and company size, the dependent variable is company value, and the moderating variable is foreign ownership. The data were analyzed using a fixed-effect regression model. The research data used are secondary data from annual reports and company sustainability reports. The population in this study are energy sector companies and non-cyclical consumers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 36 companies was obtained. The results of the study indicate that carbon emission disclosure has a negative effect on company value, environmental performance has a positive effect on company value, company size has a negative effect on company value, foreign ownership can strengthen the effect of carbon emission disclosure on company value, foreign ownership can strengthen the effect of environmental performance on company value and foreign ownership can weaken the effect of company size on company value.
