Abstract
“Physical Fitness Profile of Grade VIII Students of SMP Islam AL Fajri, Bekasi City”. Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of “45” (UNISMA) Bekasi in 2023. This study aims to determine the physical fitness profile of grade VIII students of SMP Islam AL Fajri, Bekasi City. The method used in this study is the Descriptive Method. This descriptive study aims to collect data or information to be compiled, explained and analyzed. This study is usually without a hypothesis. Based on the analysis of the research results and discussion in this thesis, it can be concluded that: Physical fitness results for male students in class VIII SMPI Al Fazri Bekasi City, there are 0 people (0%) in the very good category, there are 3 people (30%) in the good category, there are 4 people (40%) in the medium category, there are 3 people (30%) in the poor category, and there are 0 people (0%) in the very poor category. So, from this information, the physical fitness condition of male students in class VIII at SMPI Al Fazri, Bekasi City is included in the Medium category. in the very less category. So from this information, the physical fitness condition of class VIII female students at SMPI Al Fazri Bekasi City is included in the Medium category. (7.41%) in the very poor category. So from this information, the physical fitness condition of class VIII students at SMPI Al Fazri Bekasi City is included in the Medium category.
