Abstract

Physical Fitness Level of Class XII Office Management Students at SMK Teratai Putih Global 2 Bekasi. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University 45 Bekasi. This study aims to determine whether there is an impact on the physical fitness of SMK students, especially class XII. The research method uses a survey research method, while the population of this study is class XII office management of SMK Teratai Putih Global 2 Bekasi, totaling 20 people consisting of 4 male students and 16 female students. In this study, the population was used as a sample, using purposive sampling. From the results of data analysis, the average results of male students of class XII office management of SMK Teratai Putih Global 2 Bekasi from 4 people with a value of 15.50 points and included in the Moderate category. The results of the data calculation, obtained the average results of female students of SMK Teratai Putih Global 2 Bekasi from 16 people with a score of 11.81 points and included in the category of less. And the results of the data analysis of all class XII office management students obtained an average of 12.51 points and included in the category of Less. Based on the results of the research and data calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of male and female students of class XII office management at SMK Teratai Putih Global 2 Bekasi is included in the Less category.
