Abstract

The Public Works and Public Housing Agency of North Musi Rawas Regency is one of the government organizations tasked with reviewing and implementing infrastructure development in North Musi Rawas Regency, which is a new area resulting from regional expansion, where in the past this area was still part of the Musi Rawas Regency area. With the expansion of the region and becoming an area that has its own territorial area, the main concern is development, both in terms of human resource development and infrastructure development, but in this study the author aims and focuses on infrastructure development only, where this research is more about infrastructure development. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. By conducting research on infrastructure development, the researcher also focuses on the agency related to the implementation of the development, namely focusing on the Public Works and Public Housing Agency, where the researcher looks at the role of the agency in organizing infrastructure development along with the policies of the development. The final result of this study is for the construction of roads that are much better and more useful in the future.
