Abstract

The use of technology in government administration is an important element in realizing good governance. The Development Reporting System was created with the aim of ensuring the availability of real time, consistent and accountable progress/realization data on the implementation of activities. In its implementation, it adheres to the principles of good governance in accordance with the mandate of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 26 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Control, Evaluation and Reporting of Regional Development Activities/Sub-Activities within the Bekasi City Government through the Development Reporting System. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of good governance, effectiveness and perceptions in using Simpelbang. Researchers studied this by using a constructivist paradigm with qualitative methods accompanied by a case study approach. The data collection techniques include: interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the principles of good governance has not been fully implemented, especially in the aspects of openness and transparency, while in the aspects of accountability and the rule of law it has been working well. In its implementation, Simpelbang is also considered effective in achieving its goals. Furthermore, user perceptions also show good results in the aspects of convenience and usability when using Simpelbang. Keywords : Implementation, Good Governance, Development Reporting System
