Abstract

This study aims to analyze investment risk on stock returns during the covid-19 pandemic, which has caused significant changes in people's consumption patterns and economic uncertainty, especially in the cosmetics and household sectors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of market risk, business risk, and financial risk on stock returns of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to 2023. The analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that market risk has a positive significant effect on stock returns, while business risk has positive no significant effect on stock returns, and financial risk has a negative significant effect on stock returns. This study provides a better understanding of the dynamics of investment risk amid economic uncertainty.
